Rubint R\u00e9ka is a Hungarian fitness guru who was named one of the 10 most influential Hungarian women in media by Forbes magazine in 2017. Over the last 15 years, R\u00e9ka has received numerous awards, and every year since 2009 she has been recognised as the best female instructor. <\/strong><\/p>\n During the Sport Food Festival, she will present to you her program ALAKREFORM which helps her to spread the joy of movement as she travels throughout the country. More than 1,000,000 people attend her classes each year. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to try out a special set of Alakreform exercises.
