You can use the transferable X-CARD client card instead of your debit or credit card. You can use the card to pay for yourself, your friends or family in our restaurants, bar, water world or gym, and you can even pay for our events with it.
You can register at reception and charge credit at any of the resort’s tills. The more you use it, the more money you save. For every 100 Euros spent, we will give you back 20 Euros as a bonus the following next month.

x-bionic sphere is full of experiences. Excellent restaurants, numerous opportunities to do sports, relax and have fun. We organize various family and sports events, concerts and unique horse races throughout the year. Become a member of our X-CARD loyalty

How does it work?

Register for the X-CARD loyalty programme online, via the X-CARD app, or at any x-bionic® sphere reception desk (x-bionic® aquatic sphere, x-bionic® wellness sphere, x-bionic® power sphere – GYM, or the hotel reception).

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email with an activation link to set up your X-CARD account password. After successfully registering and activating your account, you can top up your X-CARD with any amount of credit.

You can collect your X-CARD immediately when registering in person or, if you register online or via the app, during your next visit to the resort.

For every €100 spent within a calendar month, you will receive a €20 bonus the following month. Both your bonus and X-CARD credit have unlimited validity and never expire.
