• Sending electronic communications (e.g. newsletter, informational sms),
• Analysis of consumer behavior during the use of the X-CARD customer program through automated data processing tools, in which the so-called profiling occurs within the meaning of Sect. 4, par. 4 of the GDPR,
• Dynamic web page customization according to my preferences (e.g. in the form of direct bids based on preferences and previous purchases), in which the so-called profiling occurs within the meaning of Sect. 4, par. 4 of the GDPR.

The processing of personal data is related to the implementation of the promotional and marketing activities related to the implementation of the X-CARD customer program, through which we would like to inform you about the current news in our resort, the products and services that we can offer. Our goal is to provide you with comfort in choosing our products and services and to deliver more relevant offers that match your personal preferences. The consent is effective from the moment the consent is granted until the moment of termination of the membership in the customer program or the moment of its withdrawal.

Profiling can be objected to under Sect. 21, par. 4 of the GDPR.
