Gymnastics conditioning for adults – the training is aimed at developing fitness and coordination skills, as well as gymnastics techniques. Workout focus is on complex bodyweight exercises including drills of basic exercise forms using key gymnastics equipment.

Training sessions are suitable for all age groups.
