Your room key, your entry ticket, your wallet

Your room key /door card/, provides you with access to your hotel room, identification at our facilities and entry to our facilities. Please use your door card to enter the main hotel restaurant Olym-Pick on the entry and exist, at the turnstile.

For facilities like /x-bionic^® aquatic sphere, x-bionic^® wellness sphere, x-bionic^® power sphere/please use your door card to identify yourself. Please pay attention to the zones with automatic entry system a be aware of the possible automatic charges for entries /swimming pools, OLYM-PICK restaurant…/

Cleaning & housekeeping

In case you would require your hotel room to be cleaned, please ask us in advance. To accommodate your request, please hang the appropriate card stating the sign „Please make up my room“ to the door handle of your room,  no later than 10:00 every day. If you are interested in a linen change, we also ask you to hang the appropriate card also by 10:00, every day.

Your room bill, guaranty and consumption

In case you would like to charge any consumption or extra services to your room bill, please notice that a guaranty needs to be provided.

Wi-Fi

Wireless internet connection is available free of charge in the entire resort. You will connect to the XBS Free network in common areas. When using Wi-Fi in your room, you need to enter the password corresponding to your specific hotel room, which you will find on the main screen of the hotel TV after switching it on.

Our Pet-friendly policy

To ensure the maximum comfort for both you and your four-legged friend at X-BIONI HOTEL, please do not forget to notify us about their stay in advance.
A penalty can be charged for all not registered pets in your room, in addition to the standard surcharge.

Laundry services for personal use

In case of interest, you may use our laundry service, the price list with the necessary laundry form that needs to be filled in, you will find in your room /within the wardrobe closet/. Please drop of your laundry bag with your personal items at the main reception. Our reception desk will inform you about the app. pick-up time as well.

x-bionic® sphere is a non-smoking resort. All hotel rooms, as well as public spaces are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only at the end of the corridors on every floor in hotel pavilions.

Dress code

We advise to wear non-formal, casual clothes for your comfort. The entry to Olym-Pick or any other restaurant is not allowed in a bathing suit or bathrobes. From your safety point of view and to prevent possible injuries caused by slippery floors, please wear proper shoes at all times inside of the Hotel. For the comfort of our other guests and visitors, please do not pass through the common areas of the Hotel only in your bathing suits. We kindly ask you to put on a bathrobe, or use our changing rooms directly at x-bionic® aquatic sphere or at x-bionic ® wellness sphere.
